Mark was great! He identified the original install problem they did back in 2024. Hooked up the other half of the burners to the furnace and made sure the heap pump was working after installing and programmed a new thermostat.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about this wonderful company, my heater went out in this horribly cold weather, 8 inches of snow on my driveway, the young man carried a fan motor and his bag of tools up my hill to fix my furnace, he went above and beyond to help me. What an awesome company, and awesome service man. Thank you so very much, very grateful.

Technician was cordial and professional. He kept us informed during his maintenance checks. He wasn’t completely up to speed with our Trane controllers, but managed to figure it out to our sat.

Came out as scheduled (which is a plus) and tech was very professional. Took time to explain things and answer any questions.

Called about servicing new system on house we had just closed on. Mark at Garrison Heating and Air can fix anything. I'm sure his coworkers can as well. But My go to guy is Mark. He fixed our Issue that resulted in an electric bill of over $745 for the month for less than the electric bill. Other HVAC repair specialists quoted us full replacement offers around $25,000 which was way over our budget. They were not trying to repair. They wanted to replace. Call Garrison if you want a fair and honest deal. And call them first, is my recommendation.

Kyle was awesome. He was very polite and respectful and more importantly knowledgeable. He serviced our two propane fueled fireplaces and got then running well for us. He explained everything that he did and gave us suggestions for operating the systems in the future.

In my opinion, your knowledge concerning heating/cooling systems is superb. I am amazed that you were able to remove the old evaporator and install the new one in such tight quarters. I have been operating my system in heating/cooling modes. — operating very well!

My interaction with Garrison HVAC has been marvelous. The tec was on time, polite & listened to the problem. He then went right to work, finding the trouble. The first time, they were out to fix a gas shutoff valve that was red flaged. Mark noted that they should have caught it the first time, so there is no charge. He could have easily charged me. Big shout out to Garrison heating and air, they came running when I called Friday afternoon at 3:30 to start working on my project, realize they couldn’t get it done in a day, came back Monday morning and finished the project. They were incredibly punctual, professional, and finished the project I started and was unable complete. They have gotten a customer for life both professionally, and personally. I called at 4:30 on a Friday and they were so helpful. I had a guest checking into my air bnb and the AC would not cool. within the hour the technician had me up and running with a new part. I highly recommend.

I called garrison early saturday morning. Gary the tech returned the call about 8:30 and was out a couple hours later. he got me up and running in no time. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability to just make it work while waiting on a new blower. garrison will be who I call first from now on.

We felt he did a thorough inspection. Was very helpful telling us about things we could do ourselves.

Our technician was polite and friendly and immediately began his repair knowing that our house had gotten very hot, (93 degrees)! The repair was complete in 10 minutes thanks to his diligence. Thanks Garrison Heating and Air!

We called Garrison Heating and Air this morning and they were out within the hour. I am so beyond impressed with the service and integrity, I could not give enough stars. We were originally told after we moved into our house two years ago that we needed to replace our unit, but could get by with a fix at the time, by another company. Today we needed someone to come out again and we decided to go with a different company, Garrison heating and air. Our service man, Mark, came out and made the repair needed and told us that a replacement was definitely not required or needed. Our total bill was under $300 and our air conditioning is back to working GREAT! He could have definitely oversold us but was very honest and promptly fixed the problem. Superb company with excellent integrity and friendly staff! We will not call anyone else but them in the future!
